Is the golden color of Capim Dourado natural?
Yes. Capim Dourado stems are naturally this color: they are neither painted nor dyed to achieve their golden highlights. The nickname "vegetable gold" refers to their appearance, but Capim Dourado is not metallic gold. Depending on the design, the jewelry may also feature metal clasps or other metal elements.

Is Capim Dourado jewelry lightweight?
Yes. Capim Dourado is a very lightweight plant material, allowing for the creation of sometimes large jewelry without making it heavy. However, the final weight depends on the design and the possible presence of stones, beads, or metal elements.

Each piece is handmade. Slight variations in shape, shade, or weaving may therefore occur and are part of the unique character of each piece of jewelry.

We recommend removing it before showering, going to the pool, or swimming in the sea. Avoiding immersion and prolonged exposure to moisture helps preserve the material and the assemblies. If it gets wet, blot it with a soft cloth and let it air dry.
Where are orders shipped from?
Orders are prepared and shipped from France. The usual processing time is one business day.

We deliver to mainland France and the French overseas territories, to the countries of the European Union, as well as to the following destinations:

What are the shipping costs?
In France, Lettre verte suivie costs €3.60 and becomes free with purchases of €50 or more. Service Plus suivie costs €4.57. For other covered destinations, international tracked delivery costs €7.65 and becomes free with purchases of €80 or more. Details are available in our shipping policy.
Can I return an item?
You have 14 days to request a return. The item must be unused and in perfect condition. Return shipping costs remain the responsibility of the customer. See our refund policy to learn the full procedure.
